This July, Aspire is revolutionizing the typical conference landscape. The Grow Cycling Foundation are flipping the script by putting young athletes, families, and underrepresented communities in the audience and current athletic superstars on stage. By extending a warm invitation to industry professionals to engage in the networking sessions, Grow Cycling are building connection and providing introductions to the next generation of talent.

Aspire is built around the concept of guests wearing an “Aspiring …” (e.g. Aspiring Clothing Designer) badge, instantly signaling to industry and brand leaders what they want to be and where they want to go in life during the networking sessions. The on-stage sessions are designed to be tactical and inspirational. Together, they’re integrating discovering the job you love, with the knowledge and opportunities to actually get there.
