Liv Cycling Canada and Crankworx Whistler are happy to give women an opportunity to enjoy one of the world’s raddest trails with ease and confidence. Although it is solely a freeride session, bike park coaches and Liv ambassadors will be on hand during this women’s-only event. Tips, tricks, and guidance will help participants at those more challenging spots, giving everyone a chance to take their skills to the next level or just have fun with friends in the comfort of a closed trail.

Some mountain bike experience is required and full-face helmets are mandatory. Please bring your own bike. A dual-suspension bike is highly recommended.

IMPORTANT: Must have a valid bike park pass!

Because money shouldn’t be a barrier to good times and progression, Liv is happy to provide lift tickets on a first-come-first-serve basis at check-in. Check-in early to get yours – quantities are limited!

Check-in will be from 8AM-10:30AM at the bottom of Fitz Chair. Riders must sign waivers to be allowed on the trail and at the après.No day-off registration.

The Longhorn Saloon is located right at the base of the Fitz Chair: 4280 Mountain Square, Whistler, BC V0N 1B4.

Join Lindsey and her team from Ladies AllRide for an instructional ride on Lost Lake Trails. Learn proper body position and skills required to handle the technical situations and rock rolls Whistler is famous for. This is more of a cross-country style lesson with pedaling up and descending down fun trails in the Lost Lake area.

Meeting Details

Ride will start at 5:30PM from the Liv Expo Booth location at Mountain Square in Whistler Village, and will finish in the parking lot by the BMX Park.

Show up with your bike between 5:00-5:30PM to sign waiver and meet the ride leaders. Please note this is a no-drop social ride. Groups will be formed to accommodate all paces.

**Participants must be comfortable riding green/blue trails
